Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! It takes so much courage to begin the process of healing, becoming more self-aware, or life struggles that might be impairing your ability to achieve wellness in this current moment. I want you to know that I see your bravery and strength even if it may be underneath the scared, confused, sad, or worrying thoughts that consume you. My passion has always been facilitating others in their journey toward their goals in a collaborative approach. I’ve spent the last several years working with all ages learning to understand anxiety, depression, relationships, family conflicts, etc. I’m trained in DBT and EMDR with a heavy emphasis on trauma work. Most of my work has been in non-profit agencies, where I’ve utilized multiple theoretical approaches to best suit the needs of each individual. Above all, I want you to feel valued, heard, and safe to explore. I’ve seen firsthand how therapy can give you the tools for inner peace and connect you to your most present self.
